Regression Therapy is moving back in time to a primary cause or experience. In doing so you're able to discover and release repressed thoughts or feelings that may be holding you back. These old thoughts, feelings, and beliefs commonly restrict  growth in relationships, creativity, careers, and spirituality.

Many people had an experience either, simple or traumatic, that interrupted their childhood. These events frame one's personality and can often congest one's life until an effective solution is found. Regression is one of the most effective methods of integrating Inner Child work into your heart, mind, and soul.

Patterns can also be rooted in past lives. Past life regression can reframe these soul contracts so you can let go of old historical patterns and live fully in the present moment.

In the process of change the world tends to present us with an abundance of choices. Many times we have the opportunity to choose the old pattern or create a new one. This is where we get to practice new skills. This is also where it is crucial to have the support and guidance of a skilled therapist.
